Austenitic stainless steel which has been hardened by means of a cold rolling process to increase its original hardness. This is a very pure material due to its low carbon content. Thanks to the rolling process, it acquires a high level of hardness, 1500/1700 N/mm2, and due to a high Nickel and Chromium content it is highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
