Bluereed is currently making an investment in research and development of new anti-abrasive and new materials to improve the life and performance of the reeds. So we’ve designed a machine that simulates the conditions encountered during operation of the reed on the weaving looms, this allows the characterization and quantification of wear on the dent with or without coating. As a result, this allows us to study in a closest way with our customers the possible and potential problems and this way suggest upgrades for each particular fabrics and case.
