A Blue Reed team visited the ITMA Asia held in Shanghai New International Expo Centre which brought together the world’s leading companies in the textile machinery industry worldwide. The ITMA Asia exhibition is being held in China every two years since 2008. The exhibition area exceeded 150 thousand square meters and spread over 13 rooms filled with large textile machinery.

Charles Beauduin, president of ITMA Asia, said: “Most of our exhibitors were delighted with the high quality profile of the visitors. This success reinforces the reputation of ITMA ASIA + CITME as the most effective business platform in China and Indeed the whole of Asia.”

ITMA Asia 2014 concluded successfully attracting about 100,000 visitors. According to the organization of the fair, an increase of 7 percent from the attendance recorded in 2012.

Thanks to the successful staging of the exhibition of 2014, the interest is high for the next edition to be held from 24 to 28 October 2016
