Remarkable success of Blue Reed Pakistan in its participation in what has become the largest and most well-established exhibition of textiles and textile machinery in South Asia, the 11th edition of Igatex Pakistan, which was held in April at the Exhibition Center of Lahore.

Pakistan has become a key point for investors in the region and has gained recognition as an important market among other textile country producers in the region. It is the eighth exporter of textile products in Asia, a sector that contributes around 8.5% of GDP and provides 40% of the country’s occupation. In addition, it is the fourth largest producer of cotton, with the third largest spinning capacity in Asia, after China and India.

Blue Reed Pakistan could personally thank the support of its local customers and expand its network of contacts in the edition of this exhibition so far as it took place in three halls of Lahore Expo Center, with more than 500 exhibitors from more than 30 different countries. There were demonstrations of the latest innovations and technology, as well as the latest machinery, chemicals and equipment used in the textile industry.

The most important objectve of participating in this exhibition is to find new opportunities in the textile sector in Pakistan and consolidate the Blue Reed branch in the country, developing business relationships with key professionals in the sector.
